How Do I List an Item?

Click "Sell My Gear," upload some clear photos, set your price, write a description—and that’s it. Your item is live and ready to go.

Can I Sell Multiple Items?

Absolutely. You can list as many items as you'd like, whether it's one or a whole gear lot. You can also specify the quantity when uploading new items.

Can I Use My Own Shipping Label?

Yes, you're welcome to use your own shipping label—just be sure to upload the tracking number.
Tip: Using our labels gives you discounted rates and full item insurance, making the process smoother for you and the buyer.

What If My Item Doesn’t Sell?

No worries—consider updating your photos, adjusting the price, or using a Boost to get more eyes on your listing. It also helps to add more detail to your post, like brand, color, and relevant tags, which can improve your listing’s visibility in search results and help the right buyers find it faster.

What does “Awaiting Acceptance” mean on my order?

If your order says “Awaiting Acceptance,” it means your account still needs to be verified. Until verification is complete, you won’t be able to accept or fulfill orders. This step ensures a safe, trusted experience for both you and the buyer.
To verify your account, go to your Account Settings > Payment Methods or simply click Connect on the Accept Order button and follow the steps. Once verified, you can start accepting orders and payouts immediately.

How Do I Get Paid?

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Just complete a quick account verification, and you’re set to receive your funds.

Can I Delete or Deactivate a Listing?

Of course. Just go to your Listings, click "Edit," and select "Delete" at the bottom of the page or use the “X” icon in the top right corner.
