How to Raise a Dispute

Raising a dispute should not be your first step — most issues can be resolved quickly by messaging the seller directly.
  1. Contact the Seller First
      • Explain the problem clearly (missing item, wrong product, damage, etc.).
      • Give them a chance to respond and work with you to fix it.
      • Remember: you only have 48 hours after item delivery to open a dispute, so act promptly.
  1. If the Seller Doesn’t Respond or Can’t Resolve It
      • Go to My Purchases on your account dashboard
      • Find the order and click Open a Dispute next to “Leave Review.”
      • Describe the issue and upload any supporting photos or messages
  1. What Happens Next
      • When a dispute is raised, both the seller and The Paintball Place team are notified
      • The payout to the seller is automatically placed on hold until the issue is reviewed and resolved
      • Our team may request additional details to help reach a fair outcome
