How to Raise a Dispute

- Contact the Seller First
- Explain the problem clearly (missing item, wrong product, damage, etc.).
- Give them a chance to respond and work with you to fix it.
- Remember: you only have 48 hours after item delivery to open a dispute, so act promptly.
- If the Seller Doesn’t Respond or Can’t Resolve It
- Go to My Purchases on your account dashboard
- Find the order and click Open a Dispute next to “Leave Review.”
- Describe the issue and upload any supporting photos or messages
- What Happens Next
- When a dispute is raised, both the seller and The Paintball Place team are notified
- The payout to the seller is automatically placed on hold until the issue is reviewed and resolved
- Our team may request additional details to help reach a fair outcome
